To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Customized or altered silver items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
